Privacy Notice

OMORFIIA FACIALS INC., operating as HUULP ("we", "us"), is committed to protecting your personal health information in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

What we collect

Your contact details, health and skin history, treatment records, photographs, and consents — only what we reasonably need to care for you safely.

How we use it

To assess your suitability for treatment, plan and deliver your services, keep an accurate record, communicate with you about your care, and meet our legal obligations. With your separate consent, we may use photographs for education or marketing — declining does not affect your care.

How we protect it

Your information is kept in encrypted, access-controlled systems hosted in Canada. Only authorized staff can view it, access requires an individual login, and every change is recorded in an audit log.

When we share it

We never sell your information. We share it only with you (or your substitute decision-maker), with other health-care providers involved in your care with your consent, with our service providers under written agreement, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your care and as required by law, after which it is securely destroyed.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw or limit your consent, and make a complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario at 1-800-387-0073 or www.ipc.on.ca.
